Mix together an equal amount of lemon juice and baking soda. Dip a cottonball in it. If you have braces, it might be easier to use a Q-Tip or a paintbrush. Take your applicator and and apply the mixture to your teeth. Let the solution sit on your teeth for around a minute. Then thoroughly brush your teeth for about three minutes. This removes the acid from the solution from your teeth.
Take a little toothpaste and put it in a small bowl. Then add one teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide and one half teaspoon of water. Mix thoroughly. Then brush your teeth with the mixture once a week until they are white! Once they are white, limit yourself to once a month.
